He holds an Engineering degree with honors from Vishveswariah Technological University, a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is active member of many NGOs supporting in the Present Organization the initial couple of years it was more of Team Building for big league.
Then a different area is tapped which is niche and not explored by many in the market. Bridging the Knowledge Gap of Older Generation Engineers and New Equipment available in the Market and helping them to formulate the Procurement procedure through eprocurement platforms. This slowly lead us into Solid Waste Management.
More than 18 Years of experience in Multiple Middle & Senior Management as well as Leading the projects in multiple states in India and USA. He handles Business Development and Contract Management activities in Rasha Infrastructure. His rich experience lies in Business development and Project Execution in the extents of Roads, Buildings, Mining, etc.
Prior to engaging with industry of Infrastructure, he was associated with the Fortune 500 and World leader in IT service providers. His competence is valued in areas of Pre-Sales initiatives and support for business heads in securing newer projects.
He also worked with Nippo Batteries as an intern. Mr. Amar Reddy holds an Engineering degree from University of Madras. He is active member of many NGOs supporting the human cause.
